Terms & Conditions

• All rates valid from October 01, 2019 to June 30, 2020 (Except Christmas, New Year's, Holy Week & Easter Week)
• The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults group travelling together at all times staying in standard double rooms (single supplement applies for single travelers +€)
• This program services begin and finish in Cancun International Airport
• The price is per person for minimum 02 adults traveling together at all times staying in standard double rooms
• The rates are not valid on block out dates which covers sporting events, trade fairs , conventions and major congresses
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodations and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates
• Prices are not valid during Trade Fair & Prime time periods.
• We are not holding any Casa particular or Hotel blocks for this package
• International Check in time is 14:00 hours / Check out time is 11:00 hours, early check in and late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges and from included airports only
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service
• Rates subject to change without prior notice and also for clients travelling during weekends
• Offer can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges Included in Cancellation Policy in all offers and confirmations

• As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. We would not be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.

• Rio Lagartos National Park tax
• Mini bar in private houses or hotels
• Telephone charges and calls, laundry, etc. in all private houses & hotels
• Any porterage at the airports, private houses & hotels
• Meals or drinks which are not mentioned in above offer
• Personal expenses / Items of personal nature like Gift shop purchases, Spa services and treatments, etc
• Visa (Tourist Visa required)
• Airplane tickets
• Medical insurance required by Cuban Authorities at arrival
• Any other services which are not mentioned in above offer
• Additional coach transportation, extra hours, services out of itinerary or night transfers 

Cancellation Policy:

• Either party, agency, tour operator, customer, or associate partner who cancels a bilaterally confirmed trip, ticket, tour, activity, service. Etc. For individual travelers or groups with 30 days or less than 30 days but with 16 days or more prior to commencement of confirmed date, which is not caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, etc. Shall forfeit as penalization 50 % of the total amount of the paid price for the trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. In all cases and reservations.
• Either party, agency, tour operator, customer, or associate partner who cancels a bilaterally confirmed trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. For individual travelers or groups with 15 days or less than 15 days prior to commencement of confirmed date, which is not caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, etc. Shall forfeit 100 % of the total amount of the paid price for the trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. In all cases and reservations.
• Either party, agency,  tour operator, customer, or associate partner who cancels a bilaterally confirmed trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. For individual travelers or groups with 31 days or more than 31 days prior to commencement of confirmed date, which is not caused by force majeure, such as natural disaster, etc. Shall forfeit as penalization 25% of the total amount of the price for the trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. For individual travelers or groups in all cases and reservations due to the administration fees and costs for Youcatan Travels, besides following the restrictions and cancellation policies for the plane tickets according to the airline company terms and conditions of plane tickets purchased when purchased and provided by Youcatan Travels
• Either party, agency,  tour operator, customer, or associate partner who cancels at any time a bilaterally confirmed trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. For individual travelers or groups due to epidemics, pandemics, infectious diseases, etc. Shall forfeit as penalization 25% of the total price for the trip, ticket, tour, activity, service, etc. For individual travelers or groups in all cases and reservations.
• We suggest you to consider purchasing your own "cancel-for-any-reason" travel insurance. Youcatan Travels never includes (except against bankruptcy), neither sells any insurance in any service or package to maintain the low, attractive and competitive costs of its products and services.
• A written cancellation made, delivered and confirmed of received by Youcatan Travels via written form or notification by e-mail, will be deemed as legitimate cancellation and bear no responsibility with money refund in all cases after deducting the penalization fees described above in all cases and reservations. Verbal statements concerning this are always null.
• it is very important to mention we cannot control nature; therefore, trips, tours, services, and daily activities will always follow the offered and confirmed itineraries without a money refund of partial or complete unused services, unless it was canceled by cause of force majeure such natural disasters, etc.
